Perforated penises: the incredible world of piercing in male genitals

Castigamos our body to a greater or lesser extent, following all kinds of impulses, fashions or even personal approaches that often have little practical explanation. We do them because we like them and because we want them. Once assumed that and without more significant interest in analysing the origin of such actions, let’s talk about chastity and piercing our sexual organs. Men are the most encouraged going through the torture of ringing their genitals and nipples, so focus on perforations of the male genitalia. These aren’t new. In fact, many athletes use chastity cage days before their game.

The mere idea that the piercing pierces the urethra makes many desist, but others endure the pain with absolute integrity and are encouraged to wear their ornaments as he decides to wear a hat every day of his life. Many of those who have tried it say that they were more afraid of the pain they later suffered and recovery establishes a code of extreme action in hygiene and healing. The recovery process usually goes from four weeks (almost like recovering from childbirth, gentlemen) to months. So keep this in mind, because piercing the genitals implies, among other things, the obligation of celibacy throughout the healing process. Until that is not right, better stay still.

50% of genital piercings (both in men and women) result in unwanted side effects: subsequent bleeding, inflammation and infections. The infections bring pain, redness, swelling, hypersensitivity (they are erogenous zones; their racking can end in torture if diseases are not immediately stopped).

Almost 45% of pierced penises suffer damage to the blood vessels, and can even damage the nerves of the organ. In both men and women, the infection of the piercing can extend to the internal sexual organs and produce serious complications that can lead to sterility. The worst are purulent infections (with pus). Although in the case of perforations in the penis those involved go to the doctor immediately as soon as they see that something is wrong, if they get to produce germs that enter the bloodstream the result can be intoxication (sepsis) and trigger an inflammation bacterial.

First and without hesitation: leave those precious goods in the hands of real professionals of aesthetic perforations. Always use good material: surgical steel easily disposed of by the professionals themselves. Keep the area immaculately clean and sanitary. Do not tire of following each one of the recommendations of the professional and always go to specialised centres in this type of work. Or would they leave their sex and therefore their sexuality in the hands of anyone?

It is also good to choose correctly the type of decoration we want to look like in every way. Those that are sharp, angular, sharp or rough not only will not enter the body of our partner but also hinder the use of condoms. And what we lacked. Hence, the most widespread, used and recommended are those that base their beauty in more or less rounded and blunt, like rings. There is no other way to learn to use condoms again. Of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV, you do not get rid of a lot of piercing that you carry, nor of an unwanted pregnancy, and a push in a hurry without correctly placing the condom usually ends in a break.

Besides, penile piercings almost always involve deviations in the flow of urine, so that the men who dare to choose to urinate sitting not to leave the bathroom made a mess.

Different Type of Penis Perforations

1. Prince Alberto

It is the most widespread and is ring type. Through the lower part of the glans is drilled from the urethral opening to where the glans joins the shaft of the penis. There is the version “Prince Albert reverse”, which also enters from the opening urethra (yes, through the hole through which expel urine) and comes out through a hole in the upper part of the penis. By choosing one or the other, you decide where the ring is desired: up or down. Only if the brave is circumcised can the piercing is centred because the foreskin needs to return to its original position (covering the entire glans) and some professionals advise against this piercing for any man who has not trimmed his phimosis before for this same reason.

2. Ampallang

This type of perforation is done transversely and horizontally from one end to the other of the penis glans in a straight line and through the urethra entirely. As an ornament, a surgical steel bar is placed at the ends of which balls are placed that prevent it from coming out. The choice of the bar is made with the penis in erection. Imagine that they get the piercing, put the balls and after recovery, it turns out that your erect penis does not fit between the two balls. Especially think when you will realise the unfortunate choice of the size of the jewel. By the way, the recovery of this type of perforations has an average of between 4 weeks and six months. And on more than one occasion, it lasts until the year.

3. Apadravya

The perforation, instead of horizontal as in the ampallang (from one end to the other of the penis always in the glans), is done vertically and also through the urethra. Some lucky people get perfectly recovered in a month, but the most logical thing is that it lasts up to three months because it is more than advisable not to shake the penis without their full recovery. Experts in the field claim that it is the most painful piercings but also say that sex with men who have this type of piercing is more pleasant than with other piercings.
Some professionals refuse to practice apadravya on any other side of the penis than the glans; they do not believe that the shaft of the penis is an excellent place to pierce it with a surgical steel bar penetrating the urethra. But ask, it is requested.

4. DYDOE

Here what is drilled is the crest of the glans in the central part. It is something like decorating the top of the male genital organ. It is usually preferred by men who have lost sensitivity in the glans following circumcision (taking it as such until the typical operation of phimosis.) If it is well placed, on the crest of the glans and by the type of jewel that is put (1’6 cm bananas with balls on the ends), say that it stimulates the G-spot of the woman.

5. HAFADA

It is the piercing in the scrotum, which does not stop being the bag that wraps the testicles. This is pierced without touching the testicles, as adipose tissue is and the jewel that is placed is always circular, open or closed. In some Muslim communities, young adolescents are practised to signify their passage to the adult stage and are still set in the left testicle.
